If you are experiencing any of the above then I'm here to help you gain clarity, reduce overwhelm and stress, and overcome any barriers to prioritising your own self-care, so that you feel happier and healthier. 

I am passionate about sharing the tools that I have found to work in my own life, to empower you to take control of your life so that you can start living the life you want and deserve. 

All my sessions are based around the aim of developing greater awareness, through yoga, mindfulness and/or coaching techniques.
