Modern life can be stressful. Through yoga and meditation classes, wellness coaching, and workplace wellness sessions I share realistic ways to slow down, switch out of auto-pilot and reconnect to a sense of purpose.

I am passionate about sharing the tools that I have found to help in my own life, to empower you to take control of your life so that you can start living the life you want and deserve. 

All my sessions are based around the aim of developing greater awareness, through yoga, mindfulness and/or coaching techniques.
