Welcome to Bright + Well Yoga, with me, Sarah.
My aim is to empower you to live more consciously through the practice of yoga.
Bright + Well Yoga classes are focused on connecting with your body, your breath and your mind, building strength inside and out, enabling you to live more fully as a result.
There is something for everyone. Whether you are in need of some time out from everyday stresses to reconnect to your body and mind, pregnant and looking to feel more comfortable and connected with your ever-changing body, or postnatal and looking to regain strength and find some relaxation with baby alongside you.
There will be movement, breath-work, meditation and of course lots of yoga poses.
Due to Covid-19 I am currently only teaching private or group classes via Zoom, or private in-person sessions in Ipswich. If you need further information then go to the contact page and get in touch.
