What to expect

Do you ever find yourself wishing you could press pause for a couple of hours? My monthly online Creating Space workshops are designed to be that chance to press pause on everything that's going on around you so that you can slow down and take a breath. Each month there is a different theme centred around self-care and intentional living. This workshop is based on WELLBEING . We will look at what wellbeing means for you, and ways of improving your overall wellbeing in a sustainable and intentional way. We will cover the ideas of life balance, values, purpose, motivation and habit creation which all play a part in how we can make small changes to design a life that makes us feel good. As well as focusing on the theme, each workshop is a chance to relax, move your body, and gain experience of relaxation and breathing techniques which will be valuable both on and off the mat. I will cover ways of developing greater awareness of your mental and physical health, visualisation techniques to get clear on what matters to you, and journaling to gain clarity on what changes you would like to bring to action. There will also be a themed guided journaling exercise using coaching techniques to help you reflect and create routines to prioritise your wellbeing. The session will include: - yoga specifically tailored to those in the class - calming breathing techniques - informal talk on what it means to cultivate awareness, and tools to get you there - journaling exercise and an (optional) chance to ask questions / share thoughts with the group - guided meditation Suitable for all levels from complete beginners to experienced yogis. £20 per person per session, or book a package of 2 sessions for £35, or 3 sessions for £45. Each session has a different but complimentary theme around intentional living and self-care.
