Online Private class

What to expect

This private class can be for any of the services that I offer, including yoga for all, pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, mindfulness, self-care, birth partner yoga or birth preparation. These sessions can be arranged on an individual basis, with a partner or a group of friends / colleagues. Classes are held via Zoom and include a recording of the session which will be tailored to your needs.

Cancellation Policy

For yoga classes, online workshops and coaching please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your class, and to allow others to attend in your place. For events booked through external parties please check their cancellation policies.
