Want to get away from the stresses and strains of everyday life? This Yoga and Wellbeing retreat offers a unique opportunity to tend to your body and mind, whilst experiencing an overnight stay on Orford Ness, where you can truly press pause on the busyness of day-to-day life and immerse yourself in nature. I will be creating opportunities throughout your stay to connect to your body and mind, and the beauty of Orford Ness. This event will begin at 4pm on Saturday 9th July, where you will be taken to Orford Ness by boat across the estuary. Accommodation is basic but comfortable with shared rooms and bunk beds. You will return to Orford via ferry at 4pm on Sunday 10th July The schedule will include: SATURDAY Welcome talk on arrival Dinner Sunset Yoga, meditation and intention setting. SUNDAY Sunrise yoga, meditation and journaling Energising Yoga Breakfast Guided mindful walk and walking meditation Lunch Group Wellness coaching session focusing on finding more balance in your life, including journaling and self-reflection. Closing meditation. Ferry back to Orford. The schedule will allow for quiet time to enjoy Orford Ness. The yoga sessions will be suitable for all levels.
