What to expect

Do you find yourself going through your days on auto-pilot, your mind often a few steps ahead (or behind), and wishing you could just press pause and regroup? Living in line with your value and purpose is important for our overall wellbeing. But finding time to consider what those values are, and ensuring that these are reflected in your actions, can seem unrealistic when life is busy. These 4 weeks will give you the chance to slow down, create space to reflect on what you truly value and consider ways to live with more intention You will learn practices that help you to tap into a place of inner calm where you can gain clarity on what you value, how you are feeling and how you want to feel. You'll gain a greater sense of self-awareness which is key to living with intention. This four week course will help you to deepen your yoga practice, and your connection to your body, mind and breath. Sessions are in-person from 7.30-8.40pm on the following dates; Thursday 26 May 2022 (PLEASE NOTE: There will be no class on Thursday 2 June 2022) Thursday 9 June 2022 Thursday 16 June 2022 Thursday 23 June 2022 Over the 4 weeks you will be guided through yoga sequences, breathing practices and guided meditations which are designed to work together to help you slow down, be more present and equip you with tools for living with intention. As part of the course you will also receive a weekly email outlining short yoga, mindfulness and journaling practices which aim to help you to bring a little more space and intention into your life. These sessions are suitable for all levels of yogi, from beginner to experienced. Sessions are not suitable for during pregnancy. If you are recently post-natal and would like to join, please get in touch and I can assess whether the sessions are suitable for you on a case-by-case basis. Classes take place at Quaker Meeting House, 39 Fonnereau Road, Ipswich, Suffolk. IP1 3JH. Classes are to be booked and taken as a block. Class packages are non-refundable.
