Venue information

Where do I park at Quay Place?


There is a short stay public car park adjacent to the Church, accessible from Star Lane. Charges apply at all times. There are several other car parks in and around the area including long stay options. Click here to download a PDF with location details. Where do I park at Quaker Meeting House?


There are 4 spaces immediately outside the venue where you can park for free on a first come, first served basis. Alternatively, there is pay and display parking along Fonnereau Road, which is free after 6pm. If you have trouble parking on Fonnereau Road, Crown Car Park and Crown Pools parking are just around the corner.




How do I enter Quay Place?


In the evenings the main entrance to Quay Place is closed. Access is via the Iron gate on Key Street. You then need to press the buzzer and the caretaker will let you in. There are instructions and a map on the main door if you need assistance.





Yoga for All

Is Yoga for All suitable for me?


Yoga for All is suitable for all levels, from complete beginner to experienced yogis and is open to men and women. Classes include foundations of yoga postures, yoga flow, relaxation, meditation and breathing practices.





In-person classes

What do I need to bring?


All equipment is provided. Just wear comfy clothes you can move around in and a bottle of water.




Where are classes held?


I teach my regular classes at Quaker Meeting House near Christchurch Park in central Ipswich, and Quay Place near Ipswich waterfront. I am available to teach in corporate settings, and private one-to-one or group classes. Please fill out the contact form to get in touch if you have any questions.




How do I book?


Book in via the Booking page. Or downlaod the Wix app and manage your bookings from your phone.




Can I drop-in?


Yes, all classes are available on a drop-in basis, or a 5 or 10 class package. See here for more details.




Do I need to book in advance?


Yes. Please book in via the website, whether you are dropping-in or have already purchased a class package. Sometimes classes are fully booked so turning up may lead to disappointment. I also need to know how much equipment to bring with me.




How do I book in if I already have a class package?


Go to 'Booking' in the main menu, click 'Book a class'. Select the type of class from the top of the page and then 'Book Now' for the class you want to attend. Then click the date of the session you want to book into. You will then asked to select payment method. As you already have a class package click 'Log in' beneath the 'Next' button. This will take you to your account where you can allocate your class package as payment for the session.




What if I need to cancel?


You can cancel with at least 24 hours notice and move your booking to another class. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged.

Do I need to book in advance?


Yes. Please book in via the website, whether you are dropping-in or have already purchased a class package. I will send out log-in details for the zoom class 2 hours before it starts. If you book in with-in 2 hours of the class starting please let me know either by text on 07773330691, email or via the contact page.




What if I need to cancel?

What equipment do I need?


Ideally a yoga mat, (but a yoga mat sized area of non-slip floor will do), a thin blanket, a block or thick book (if neither of these are available a pillow can be used), and a pillow. Wear comfy clothes and have a drink of water to hand.

Can I drop-in?


Yes, all online classes are available on a drop-in basis. I am not currently selling packages for online classes. You can use any reamining sessions from in-person class packages to attend the LIVE classes.





COVID - 19

What happens with my existing class package?


You will not lose your classes. Any unused classes can be used to attend Live Zoom classes or you will be able to use them against in-person classes once they resume. If you have purchased pregnancy classes please let me know and I can arrange for these to be converted to postnatal / Inner strength or Yoga for all sessions.




Are your in-person classes still running?


Unfortunately I am not currently teaching my regular in-person classes due to Covid-19. I am able to offer private in-person classes in Ipswich, or via Zoom. I am also available to teach to private groups. Please get in touch if you would like to arrange either a one-off class or a course of sessions.
