Yoga is a holistic practice which allows you to improve both physical and mental health.
With a focus on breath awareness my classes will take you through accessible movements with a focus on yoga postures, combined with breathing and meditation techniques.
You will learn to pay attention to your breath, your body and your thoughts, leaving you feeling energised and ready for life off the mat.
There is no one-size fits-all approach to yoga. My classes are tailored to those in the session and I am able to draw from my extensive training to ensure that you finish the session feeling more in balance.
I believe that it is more important to learn to listen to your body than to force it into uncomfortable shapes. Flexibility will come over time. I will help you learn to be comfortable wherever you are in your practice.

yoga for beginners
Private sessions can be tailored to your needs, and can include any elements of the above, so for example could include yoga for runners, plus core strength and relaxation. All you need to do is let me know what you would like to gain from the session and I'll create a plan that works for you.
There will be an opportunity to email me prior to the session and also to check-in with how you are feeling at the beginning of the session so that any last minute aches and pains can be taken into account.
what is included in each session
Online classes are available for individuals or private groups and cost from £35 per hour.
Classes are taught via Zoom and are tailored to your needs.
You will receive a recording of private sessions to replay at home.
Creating Space online workshops
I also teach regular online workshops via zoom.
Do you ever find yourself wishing you could press pause for a couple of hours?
My online creating space workshops are designed to be that chance to slow down and take a breath.
It's a chance for some time to relax, move your body in a way that feels good, and learn relaxation and breathing techniques which will be valuable both on and off the mat.
I will cover ways of cultivating greater awareness of energy and emotions so that you take away some valuable tools which will help you feel more balanced during times of stress and overwhelm.
This session will include:
- yoga specifically tailored to those in the class
- calming breathing techniques
- informal talk on the wellness topic of the month
- journaling exercise and an optional chance to ask questions / share thoughts with the group
- guided relaxation
Suitable for all levels from complete beginners to experienced yogis.
£20 per person per session, or book a package of 2 sessions for £35, or 3 sessions for £45.
Each session has a different theme, but will all be around intentional living and self-care.

how to book private sessions
To arrange a private session simply complete the contact form and I will be in touch to arrange a time and find out exactly what you are looking for from the session.
I'll send you a health form and log-in details for the class to complete prior to the online session.
You will just need a yoga mat, a yoga block and/or a thin blanket or towel.
